Questions we get
Before you send the first shipment
The short answers. For anything specific to your cargo, email us and the person who replies is the person who will handle it.
What do you need from me to quote?
What is moving, its weight and dimensions, where it is collected, where it is delivered, and when it needs to be there. If you already have a commercial invoice and packing list, send those and we take the rest from them.
Do you handle the customs entry as well as the transport?
Yes. Transport, warehousing, transit bond and the customs declaration are arranged against the same consignment file, so the truck, the paperwork and the entry never disagree.
Which origins, ports and routes do you cover?
Sea freight from China, India, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas through Dar es Salaam, Beira, Durban and Walvis Bay; air freight into Lusaka, Ndola and Johannesburg. By road: Kasumbalesa into the DRC, Nakonde to Tanzania and Dar es Salaam, Chirundu to Zimbabwe and on to South Africa, Kazungula to Botswana, Mwami to Malawi and Katima Mulilo to Namibia and on to Walvis Bay. Ports and cities we run to: Dar es Salaam, Beira, Maputo, Durban, Johannesburg, Walvis Bay, Lubumbashi, Likasi and Kolwezi. Ndola is the hub.
Can I see where my truck is?
Yes. Our operations desk sends position and border-crossing updates while your cargo is in transit, and is reachable outside office hours for trucks on the road.
Do you arrange customs bonds and guarantees?
Yes. We arrange customs bonds and bank guarantees for bonded warehousing and removal-in-transit movements, and we lodge the RIT and T1 entries against them.
